Vultures Lacrosse,  smoothFIT Athlete Training, and Limitless Physical Therapy have built a comprehensive training program designed to enhance athletic performance for all athletes, of all ages and levels. 

Exclusive August programming is limited to 16 Female Athletes in the Victor School District - Class of 2031 and 2032.

PROGRAM FOCUS:

1. Skill Development: Continual skill development, ensuring players can improve their technique and proficiency in lacrosse through a series of sessions.
2. Physical Conditioning: Training helps to develop and maintain physical fitness, speed, agility,endurance, and strength, which are all essential for lacrosse players, regardless of age.
3. Injury Prevention: Regular training can help strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and prevent injuries by promoting correct movement patterns and body mechanics.
4. Consistent Progression: With consistent training, athletes can see continuous improvement in their performance, which can boost confidence and motivation.
5. Confidence and Mental Toughness: Regular training and exposure to competitive situations help youngplayers build confidence in their abilities. This can have a positive impact on their overall mindset and mental toughness, enabling them to perform under pressure and overcoming challenges.

We are excited to utilize The Turf Barn to create a one stop shop for your athlete!

• The Turf Barn offers a central location and two floors of over 6,000sf fully turfed space to move your athletes!
• Certified physical therapy partnership to interact with athletes and provide knowledge of nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention!

• Inviting Class of 2031 and 2032 players.
• 26 Slots Available. 
• Full Field | Adjustable Format
• Multiple Games per Session
• Guest referees, coaches, and goalies.
• Live Leaderboard: Players will earn points when their team wins. The more you play, the more you have a chance to earn points. Leaderboard will be updated weekly complete with Post-Game Recaps!
